It's fast and easy to prepare , especially when blasting Slayer in the stereo !!!!
Raw Slayer Chili
Servings:
4-6 bowls Ingredients:
- 4 Medium Tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 cup Sundried Tomato, soaked until soft
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Handful of Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Red Pepper, diced small
- 2 medium carrots, diced small
- 1/2 cup Green Onion
- 1 Avocado, diced large
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 Handful of Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
- 1 dash Salt to taste
Preparation:
Puree tomato, the avocado, sundried tomato, garlic, and one handful of cilantro in a food processor until pretty smooth. Blend in spices. I had to add a lot of chili powder to get this spicy, but be sure to taste as you add, chili powder may vary :)
Dice peppers , carrots and green onion and put into a bowl. Add in puree and give it a good stir to blend. Chop the other avocado, a tomato and some cilantro, and mix this in to the chili. Add olive oil and lime juice, stir that baby real good, add a little more salt if it pleases the palate, and you’re done! Bon Appetit! ( It's bit tastier if you let it sit for 2 hours !!)
